Seasonal Otin Poetry

Screaming Night wind, howling cold,
The wind chills to the bone,
Suddenly you realize,
That you are all alone.

Not just today , but everyday,
The emptiness just grows,
Like the color of the dying leaves,
Covered by the snow.

The winter of your life,
A cold and lonely time,
A long and unjust punishment,
For which there was no crime

But still we keep on going,
Remembering just one thing,
That the winter of your life,
Will Someday lead to spring.

Very beautiful. But not everyone's Winter turns to spring. Some skip Spring all together and fades into a burning Summer inferno of Hell. But, it's nice to be optimistic. :)

I am in the "new" springtime of my life... I enjoy the fall ~ I just don't want winter to set in...is that so wrong?

I'm living that winter now and it's so lonely. I hope for better things in Spring. Thanks so much for sharing this poem.
